DELIVERY PROCEDURE

We delivery your orders/ products mainly in United Arab Emirates. Shipping will be done by a third party courier. 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Order received before 11am, delivery on the same day.

Order received after 11am, delivery on the next day .

Delivery within Dubai is free of charges, Abu Dhabi 250 AED and other Emirates 150 AED.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

If you have any special delivery instructions, please contact us via flowers@margot.ae or by Whatsapp on +971 50 428 3839, quoting your order number.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The items we sell, being either perishable goods such as flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products), are not eligible for returns.

CANCELLATION

We can cancel any order 24 hours before the requested delivery time, please just email or call us and let us know.  Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Our drivers are equipped with a contact-less POS machine to allow a contact-free delivery; they also carry sanitizing gel, gloves, masks, which they use frequently according to the sanitary recommandations.

Be insured that our Atelier undergoes multiple cleanings per day, and that self-distancing is practiced by the team.
