DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The items we sell, being either perishable goods such as flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products), are not eligible for returns.
We can cancel any order 24 hours before the requested delivery time, please just email or call us and let us know. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Our drivers are equipped with a contact-less POS machine to allow a contact-free delivery; they also carry sanitizing gel, gloves, masks, which they use frequently according to the sanitary recommandations.
Be insured that our Atelier undergoes multiple cleanings per day, and that self-distancing is practiced by the team.
